Phoenix House Texas hosts and operates the Prevention Resource Center (PRC) serving Region 6, which encompasses Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Walker, Waller and Wharton counties. The PRC provides resources, trainings, and supports to local prevention programs along with providing education to the broader community and conducting tobacco compliance audits with local retailers.
