Prevention work is meaningful—but it can also be demanding. Join the Region 6 Prevention Resource Center for Sustaining the Work: The Essential Role of Self‑Care for Prevention Specialists, an in-person training that explores why intentional self‑care is not optional, but foundational to effectiveness in the field. Participants will learn practical strategies to manage stress, maintain emotional resilience, and prevent burnout. Together, we’ll examine how caring for ourselves strengthens our capacity to care for communities, support youth, and deliver high‑quality prevention programming.
This training will be held in-person on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from 9:30 – 11 AM at Trini Community Center. Please RSVP below.
