Participants are expected to attend all scheduled CE course components, including lectures, workshops, and/or other activities. Participants are required to complete an evaluation of performance and/or participation. Participants must supply their professional license number(s) in order to receive CE certificate. CE certificates to be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of successful completion of CE event.
To withdraw from a CE event, please send written notification via email to contact@phoenixhousetx.org at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled CE event start date/time.
CE events are typically provided at no cost. If there are any fees to register for a CE event, registrants may be eligible for a refund if written notification of withdrawal from the CE event is sent via email to contact@phoenixhousetx.org at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled CE event start date/time. In this case, such refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days of receiving the request using the original payment method. In the case of non-attendance without aforementioned notification, the registrant will not be eligible for any refund or reimbursement. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided on or after the scheduled date of the course.
In the event of a CE event cancellation for any reason on the part of Phoenix House Texas, registrants will be notified of the cancellation as soon as the decision is made to cancel the CE event. Efforts will be made to provide sufficient advance notice to minimize inconvenience for registrants. Notifications of CE event cancellations will be communicated through email to the email address provided at registration, via Phoenix House Texas social media channels, and via website announcement on Phoenix House Texas website. Information will be provided as soon as possible in regards to refunds (if applicable) and/or alternative arrangements as well as contact information for further inquiries.
