Participants will learn how to identify key influencers and hidden champions within organizations, create low-friction opportunities to build trust, and develop empathy-first messaging that aligns with stakeholder priorities. Through network mapping, case studies, and peer practice, attendees will gain actionable tools to overcome gatekeeper resistance and secure meaningful program placements through relationship-first engagement.
