Grady Banks is a dedicated Prevention Director with more than 20 years of experience serving youth, families, and communities. In his role, he leads and supervises the Dallas Prevention team in delivering high-quality services, program implementation, and documentation to ensure full compliance with program standards and requirements. His work focuses on equipping young people and their families with the education, life skills, and support needed to prevent substance misuse, strengthen social and emotional development, and build positive, healthy relationships.
Throughout his career, Grady has collaborated with organizations such as the Dallas Independent School District, the Dallas Police Department, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, and the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, serving as a change agent committed to reducing gang violence and youth crime throughout communities in Dallas, Texas. His passion for prevention and youth development is reflected in his dedication to teaching conflict resolution, effective communication, and healthy relationship-building.
Grounded in his faith and love for Christ, Grady approaches both his professional and personal life with a heart for service, leadership, and uplifting others. He believes that strong communities are built through compassion, mentorship, and positive guidance for the next generation.
Outside of his work, Grady enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors with his son and daughter.
