Project Empathy is a transformative workshop designed to reduce stigma and reshape how we understand substance use disorders. Grounded in neuroscience, this session explores how addiction affects the brain and why traditional approaches often fall short. Participants will learn practical strategies rooted in solution-focused therapy, strength-based practices, Positive Psychology, and empathy. Whether you’re in a professional setting or everyday conversation, discover how to bring compassion and effectiveness into substance use-related interactions. This workshop also highlights the unique challenges adolescents face with substance use, offering up-to-date data and developmental insight.
