Drew will be presenting Project Empathy: The Neuroscience of Addiction and Positive Psychology Applications.
Project Empathy will address stigmatization around substance use disorders., and attendees will learn practical applications of positive psychology and strengths-based interventions in treating addiction. This workshop covers effective, evidence-based approaches, common misconceptions, and harmful practices to avoid. Attendees will gain insights into the unique challenges of treating substance use disorders and what research reveals about successful methods.
