DESCRIPTION:Join us on Wednesday\, November 12\, 2025 from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM at Mental Health America of Greater Dallas’ Adolescent Symposium – On the Road to hear from PHT’s CEO\, Drew Dutton\, M.Ed.\, MBA\, MAPP\, LPC-S\, LCDC\, ACPS. Drew will be presenting Project Empathy: The Neuroscience of Addiction and Positive Psychology Applications. \nProject Empathy will address stigmatization around substance use disorders.\, and attendees will learn practical applications of positive psychology and strengths-based interventions in treating addiction. This workshop covers effective\, evidence-based approaches\, common misconceptions\, and harmful practices to avoid. Attendees will gain insights into the unique challenges of treating substance use disorders and what research reveals about successful methods. \nCEs will be available.
